Twin Arch 138

Twin Arch 138 Spanning the three prefectures of Aichi, Gifu and Mie, the Kiso Sansen Quasi-National Park is the largest city park in Japan. In the center of the park's Sapasen Regional Center is the Twin Arch 138.
With the Japanese reading of the tower's 138 meter height being the same as one reading of the characters for "Ichinomiya," this is the tallest arch style tower in all of Asia. The observation hall, located 100 meters above the ground, is a mere 70 second elevator ride away. The splendid, 360 degree panoramic view from the hall is like looking in from another world on the course of the magnificient Kiso River, the peaks of the Japan Alps, and Ise Bay, all of which can be viewed at a glance from the tower.
The observation hall features an elegant buffet, allowing splendid views while you enjoy your meal or sip your coffee.
The area surrounding the tower continues to be developed into a resting space overflowing with water and natural greenery for citizens of the surrounding cities and towns to enjoy. It includes Hioku, a monument to the marriage of Japan's Crown Prince, and Rose Stream, a garden of 4000 roses, with future park additions in the planning stages. Please pay it a visit.
